Holiday Inn Express & Suites Fort Wayne North by IHG

I’m not the person who likes Inn hotels, but this time I’m staying for my daughter’s tournament because it’s near by the coliseum and breakfast is included… I’m surprised how clean the hotel is - SPOTLESS! Beds are comfortable, pillows are comfortable, I even brought my own pillow because usually the inn hotels have uncomfortable ones and there is no need to use mine . Im definitely coming back next year to this hotel. Ohhhh they have Dove shower gel, dove hand wash, dove lotion, dove dove dove…

They had fancy yogurt and the best coffee machines I've seen in an IHG hotel.

Its hard to rate locaton but this place is far from where we were working on a daily but the place was in the middle of nowhere as it was. I did like the softer beds at this location!

I had booked 1 night but due to the weather I had to stay Saturday night and it was no plus the honored my cheaper rate. Bed was so comfortable room was nice water hot in the shower. Staff friendly easy access to the interstate as well will definitely stay again

Hotel itself was clean and well kept. Breakfast had a range of items. During booking this hotel (as part of a room block), there was some issues getting the correct reservation. The manager was easy to work with and helped get it fixed. However, the front desk person was not very helpful. The same occurred when staying, front desk person was not very helpful with answering questions.

I travel a lot for work and this particular hotel has the basics and then some covered. I tend to work all shifts in the corse of my work process and Nate on the night shift has been friendly, helpful and courteous. Through my travels the level of service displayed here is rarely seen outside of resorts. I would highly recommend this hotel for shot or long term stays.

We came here during a basketball tournament. The facility has everything we were looking for. Location, pool, breakfast, suites for families, and meeting spaces. I think every issue we had was from too little staff available. As I said, the facility had everything we needed. Breakfast food was good, but there was only 1 worker on a Saturday morning he couldn't keep up the restocking for the amount of people. The pool was nice, but they ran out of towels and the room could have been cleaned more frequently. The front desk was very helpful with questions, but it was only one person so you had to catch them when no one else was there. During the entire stay only one elevator was running so we had lines to use it as that was the smaller size only one cart could fit at a time.
